We are Rick & Jolie from Studio Create Ibiza. Our journey began with our passion for real estate. From that passion, we increasingly delved into renovations, refurbishments, and guiding real estate projects, with a focus on minor refurbishments and complete renovations. For example, in the Netherlands, we completely modernized and renovated an apartment from foundation to final result. This was one of our own projects, which allowed us to experience firsthand the importance of planning, clear agreements, and communication.

We are now well acquainted with the market in Ibiza. Here, we renovated our own apartment, fully utilizing our local network to experience a complete refurbishment and renovation up close. We completely transformed the apartment from a traditional, old-Spanish finish to a modern Ibiza style. This was not a small upgrade, but a complete renovation. Think of a new roof terrace, an outdoor kitchen, a fully renovated bathroom, new plumbing, kitchen, electricity, and the complete finishing of the home.

Precisely because we went through this process ourselves from A to Z, we know how important overview, planning, and the right people are. We also experienced the permit application and paperwork ourselves, which means we can now guide and advise our clients in this area.

Our strength lies in the combination of personal and direct contact. We have a great affinity for real estate and derive a lot of energy from guiding, planning, and managing a renovation. At the same time, we believe it's important that working together feels pleasant. Personal, transparent, and with a nice, free atmosphere.
